.... mindful about what you say: say something good and, like my mother always says, if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all!

Rina's mother-in-law did her a favor. She said thank you at the time. After reading the boost, she decided to call up her mother-in-law and thank her again and tell her how special it was that she did that favor for her. Her mother-in-law was clearly grateful for the call, felt great about herself, and felt a lot of love and care for Rina. 

As the saying goes, "One kind word can change someone's entire day."
